General Meeting Information and Background

Your representation is important to the success of the association.

Logistics for Our Meetings:

Generally, our meetings are held either at the WHB Community Beach on East River Rd. around 10:00 a.m., or sometimes held at the local Grotto's restaurant on Saturday afternoons.

Periodically, when special ALL MEMBERS meetings are required (for special legal issues/concerns), we will announce another local meeting place. Announcements will be posted on our home page, and details are sent via EMAIL to your membership email address on file.

During the business part of any meeting, we ask everyone's cooperation in
staying focused on the topic at hand. Also, please signal to be recognized and
refrain from talking over the person currently speaking.

For meetings at the beach, bring a chair and your own beverage.

If you need a ride to a meeting, please ask a few days in advance and we will find someone to help you!
