About Us
Who We Are
The White House Beach (WHB) Homeowner Association (HOA), Inc. is a non-profit civic
organization whose members are residents in the White House Beach Manufactured Homes
Community, Long Neck, Delaware.
We have an elected board of officers who represent association members in meetings
with White House Beach Management, local authorities, businesses and other organizations.
The association's fiscal year is April 1st to March 31st.
Our Purpose (from our new bylaws)
To encourage social/civic activity among neighbors who voluntarily work together with mutual cooperation to: maintain a safe, desirable community in which to live; protect property values; respect the environment; promote affordable rental agreements; prepare for potential changes in land use or community land ownership.

The WHB Homeowner Association (HOA) gives you a place to voice your opinion
and concerns on a variety of questions and problems we all face living in this fine community.
Communication is key to understanding any problem and finding an equitable solution.
By working together, we can help maintain and improve conditions in our neighborhood.

Whether you are a part-time or a full-time resident, we invite you to join us. Everyone is welcome as this all about neighbors helping each

Meetings
We try to have regular meetings to discuss community concerns and find solutions. Meetings are typically held on Saturdays so that part-time and seasonal residents
can also attend. Our board of officers schedules meeting dates around other major events in the area.
We hold an annual meeting in June where elections are held for our board of officers. We also hold an annual picnic and other smaller social events.
We encourage all residents to participate in our association. Nothing ever happens without coordinated, caring teamwork.
